REQUIRED FOR ALL VENDORS AT TGM EVENTS

This statement is in the contract you sign when you register, as well as in the email you receive confirming registration:

INSURANCE: Vendor shall carry general casualty liability and property damage insurance coverage (including premises, operations and contractual liability) of at least $1,000,000 for such liability together with statutory worker’s compensation coverage with a limit of at least $100,000. All vendors must provide a certificate of $1,000,000 Liability Insurance two weeks before the event to Management. “Two Girls Media at 2 Cliffside Tr, Denville, NJ 07834” must be named at the additional insured. If you do not submit this document, you will not be able to participate AND you will not be refunded your contract fee.

We added this clause, quite simply, because our insurance company requires it. We obtain insurance for each event that we host, and a condition of that insurance is to require each vendor to have basic general liability coverage with Two Girls Media as additional insured.

If you already have insurance, we just need a COI naming us as additional insured. Please use this info:

If you do not have insurance, we have a recommendation. A number of vendors are finding insurance through this company (it’s made specifically for vendors).
