Spots are available by invitation on a first come, first serve basis (completed registration form and online payment guarantees your space). There is no electricity or water available. All spots are 10’ wide x 10’ deep on a grassy field. Nothing comes with your spot but space. Anticipated attendance is 3500+ people.

FEES:

• Food: $150 (10’x10′) or $250 (10;x20’/10’x30′) + health ($40) & fire ($55) if required
• Retail: $150 (10’x10′) or $300 (10’x20′)
• Prime food/retail spot: add an additional $150 if approved
• Professional: $500 plus an on-theme gift basket worth $100 in value (will receive a 10’x10′ space, logo on sponsor board, and branded giveaway featured at entrance of event)
• Nonprofit: $75 (10’x10′) or $225 (10’x20′)

To be considered, all vendors must prominently incorporate a garlic theme into their booth, even if they are a non-food vendor. Non-food vendors can meet this requirement by featuring garlic-themed decor and offering a giveaway that ties into the spirit of the festival. No tie-in to the theme means no consideration of your application.
